A. Terms and Conditions for Sale

A final and binding contract has been concluded between you and Seller when your order has been confirmed by Seller will send an order confirmation to you by an email when the order has been confirmed and shipped. The order receipt received immediately after placing the order does not constitute an order confirmation.

You are only allowed to purchase products on online shop if you are a private consumer, i.e. not a business customer.

All prices are stated inclusive of GST and other taxes. The applicable price is the one stated herein with respect to the relevant product on the date of placing of the order. GST invoice shall be issued with respect to the above sale of goods and/or services involved.

Versuni reserves the right to amend any prices incorrectly stated on this website. Furthermore, Company reserves the right to amend any prices, taxes and/or other costs stated on this website at any time, e.g. due to changes in GST rates or other public fees and charges, increased costs or as a result of the general development in retail prices.

This website is only meant for retail sales and not for commercial purchase. The Company reserves the right to validate and cancel the bulk orders in case of purchase for Re-sale.

3. Delivery & Shipping


All products ordered will be shipped to all parts of India with an approximate shipping time of 7-10 working days. We are unable to process any orders on Sundays and public holidays.


1.Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery thrice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.

3.Due to varying item availability, orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own individual tracking number, which can be tracked on the Track Order page under the same order number.

  1. Return of goods

We would like your visit to our website to be a smooth and satisfying experience. In order to achieve this, we strive to deliver your desired product in a timely manner.

We guarantee a full refund within 7-10 working days for all orders that fall under the following categories:

1.Change of mind before billing – We respect your choice. We will ensure a full refund for any cancellations made prior to invoicing.

2.Product out of stock – For products that are no longer in stock, we provide a full refund to keep your shopping experience at Philips hassle free.

3.Received an incorrect product – We guarantee a return for incorrect deliveries.

B.  Terms and Conditions for Returns

All Return requests for incorrect products made within 48 hours of the delivery date will be managed with the utmost efficiency. However, requests for these cases made after 48 hours is subject to refusal.

You are only liable for any impairment of the value of the goods caused by other handling than what is necessary to determine the nature, quality and function of the goods.

Versuni / Seller is not liable for any delays or for non-performance due to force majeure event. As long as a force majeure situation persists, Versuni/Seller is relieved from performance of its obligations.

The liability for any and all claims is limited to an amount equal to the price of the product(s) purchased by you.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and as regards the specific matters mentioned herein, and all prior agreements, letters, proposals, discussions and other documents regarding the matters herein are superseded and merged into these Terms.

  1. Governing law and dispute resolution

The Terms and Conditions of purchase and Terms and Conditions for Returns shall be governed by laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principle. The Courts in Gurugram would have the exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings that arise out of these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company may, in its sole discretion, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms at any time and in any manner by posting revised Terms on the Site. Terms of Service

Versuni Netherlands B.V. and its affiliates (“Versuni NL”, “We” or “Our”) offers (i) our websites (the “Sites”), (ii) services accessible through the Sites (“Web Apps”), (iii) services accessible through mobile applications (“Mobile Apps”), and (iv) Subscription Services. The “Services” shall mean the Sites, the Web Apps, the Mobile Apps and/or Subscription Services. The Services are for use with hardware products sold by our affiliates, including Versuni India Home Solutions, Limited (“Products”).

Overview and relation to other agreements

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and the use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, you should not use the Services or the Products. These Terms will remain in full force and effect so long as you continue to access or use the Services, or until terminated in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.

When using the Services of Products, you may also choose to use services, software or products provided by a third party. Those third-party services and products will have rules and restrictions separate from these Terms. You warrant you will abide by these terms when using the Services and Products. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all fees charged by such third parties, including your internet service provider or mobile device carrier, which provide you with specific requirements that enable you to use the Services.

Your Account

To use certain Services and Products, you must create an Account. You agree to: (a) accurately provide all contact and other information requested by us and notify us immediately of any change in the information; (b) maintain the confidentiality of your Account login information and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your Account.
You are responsible for the compliance of all users of your Product and users of your Account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to make all other users of your Product and Account aware of these Terms and subject to these Terms.
If you sell or transfer your Product, your right to use the Services with respect to that Product automatically terminates. The new owner will have no right to use the Product or Services under your Account, and will need to register for a separate Account.

Access to Services and discontinuation

We grant you the non-transferable, non-exclusive right (without the right to sublicense) to access and use the Services solely for the Permitted Purpose.
At any time, we may (a) suspend or terminate your rights to access or use the Services, or (b) terminate these Terms with respect to you if we, in good faith, believe that you have used the Services in violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you are no longer authorized to use or access the Services.
Your Product is capable of providing you with many services to help you manage and maintain the product. When the Product is connected to our network, it is capable of transmitting certain information, including activity and error codes, to us. We use this to provide you with the Services.
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for the exercise of the aforementioned right.

Subscriptions Services

For Subscription Services we offer you an option to subscribe to repeat purchases in repeated periods of time (“Subscription Services”). Subscription Services require the creation of an account, and the account and the Subscription Services are subject to our Terms of Service.
We ask you to pay for Subscription Services in advance of the term for such Services. Subscription Service will be activated only after receipt of your payment.
Your subscription to Subscription Services will automatically be renewed at the end of the applicable period, unless we have explicitly committed to automatic termination. We will automatically bill you from the date you subscribed to the Subscription Services and on each renewal until your cancellation. With your subscription, you authorize recurring payments to us on either a monthly or annual basis (as applicable). We aim to notify you of changes in the price of any Subscription Service, and of upcoming renewal of any annual subscription, no later than 30 days prior to the end of the annual period.
You can cancel your Subscription Services for any reason, up to one day before the date Versuni provides the services. Subscription services will be delivered until the end of the period for which we received prepaid fees. Prepaid fees for a subscription period will not be partially reimbursed.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Subscription Service in case of non-availability. We also reserve the right to cancel your subscription or suspend delivery of services, should we not receive payment for the Subscription Service or in case you not comply with any obligation under this agreement or under our Terms of Service.

Updates or Changes to Services and Products

We may update or change Services or make certain improvements to the Product, and may do so remotely without notifying you. Updates or changes are subject to the Software Terms.
We will provide the necessary updates for the period of time you may reasonably expect, and for at least two years after you purchased the Product. We may update Product Software and any Service and may do so remotely without notifying you. Where due to an action or inaction of you, updates are not installed within a reasonable time after they are made available, we shall not be liable for any impairment of the Services caused by this failure. Updates or changes are subject to these (or a newer version of the) Terms.
Access to the Services is offered to you free of charge. We may decide to offer additional Services (“Payable Upgrades”) for a fee. We will inform you if Service is to be offered for a fee in the future. In such a case, you may choose to either continue your use of the offered Services for free (if applicable), to choose the Payable Upgrade for the required fee, or to terminate your use of the Service.

Permitted Purpose

You agree to (a) not use the Services in violation of any laws, regulations or court orders, or for any unlawful or abusive purpose; (b) use the Services only as intended by us and in accordance with the Terms; (c) not use the Services in any manner that could harm us, our service providers, or any other person; (d) not to republish, reproduce, distribute, display, post, or transmit any part of the Services.

User Content is provided by users, not by us. We do not endorse opinions, recommendations or advice expressed therein. As this is a publically available App, sharing your content means that it becomes public. Also, when you share your content, we intend to use it for our own purposes as well, including for commercial purposes. Do not upload User Content if you do not agree to this.

We are the owner or licensee of the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and trade dress rights to all materials and content displayed on and from the Services. This is, among other reasons, due to the fact that the availability of the Services is also dependent on circumstances such as your computer, mobile device, home wiring, Wi-Fi network, internet service provider, and mobile device carrier, upon which we have no influence. Therefore, in relation to the Services, we cannot warrant the availability, uptime, accuracy of results, accuracy of data, storage of data, accessibility in all countries, reliability of any resulting notifications, any specific level of savings, or other monetary benefit.

Home Safety Appliances: you agree that the Products are intended for personal and household use, and are not intended for critical or life saving usage. Our Products are not certified for emergency response. Notifications in Mobile Apps are for informational purposes only and not a substitute for a third-party monitored emergency notification system. We will not dispatch emergency services to your home.

Some governments or authorities may require permits or registration for use of the Products in certain cricumstances. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining such licenses. You understand that you, not us, are responsible complying with any applicable laws relating to recording or sharing of video or audio content containing third parties or public spaces, including obligations to provide prior notice to persons involved.

Kitchen Appliances: the Mobile App can calculate the nutritional values of recipes. These nutritional values are based on the average values as provided by the food composition databases. We use the German food composition database "BLS - Bundes Lebensmittel Schlüssel". Calculated nutritional values may deviate from actual nutritional values amongst others as a result of variations in the nutritional values of ingredients (caused by the degree of ripeness, variety etc.). Nutrition and health claims: Nutrition and health claims made within the Mobile App follow from Regulation 1924/2006 of the European Commission. For the daily recommended intake, the Mobile App follows EU-REGULATION 1169/2011.

A varied, balanced and good diet is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. A balanced diet should contain the right quantities of the right foods, including carbohydrates, high fibre content, water, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Air: The air quality data measured by the Product and displayed through the Service is only intended to measure certain aspects of air quality in the immediate vicinity of the sensor measuring such air quality. Such data should not be relied upon for any purpose and should not be used to determine whether the air is safe to breathe or whether any toxins are or are not present in the air.

Limitation of Liability

In the unfortunate event that the Services do not work or any content may be lost, please accept our sincerest apologies. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot accept any liability for any damages incurred as a result of your use of the Services. To THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR AMOUNTS EXCEEDING THE FEES PAID IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.

Returns Policy makes it possible for you to return a product if you receive a product which is damaged, defective or significantly different from what was purchased.

A return request needs to be placed within 7 days of delivery of the order at your address.

We are committed to ensure the delivery of best quality products to you. However in case of any issue with the product, we will ensure timely resolution within our policy framework.

We guarantee a full refund/replacement for all orders that fall under the following categories:

  • Change of mind before billing – We respect your choice. We will ensure a full refund for any cancellations made prior to billing.
  • Product out of stock – For products that are no longer in stock, we provide a full refund to keep your shopping experience at Philips DA hassle free.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) - for products which are defective and are not repairable by our authorised service representative, we will be issuing a refund for complete order value.
  • Wrong product received – in case you have received a different product other than what you had placed an order for, we will be issuing a refund for complete order value.

Here are the reasons for which products are not eligible for returns:

  • Products you deem no longer in need or change of mind
  • Products that have already been used or installed
  • Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers
  • Return will not be accepted for subjective or perceptive aspects like performance not as per expectation, colour shade difference etc.
  • Dents, scratches on packaging not impacting the product performance do not qualify for returns
  • If the request is outside return window
  • If DOA certificate is not provided for dead on arrival products from our authorised service representative
  1. Return and Replacement Approval Process –

In case you are facing any kind of issue with your product, raise a return request and our Consumer Care Team  will contact you within 24 working hours to troubleshoot the issue

  • Calling the consumer care centre at 1800-572-1800 (Toll Free). Our consumer care agents are available Monday to Sunday 09:00 am to 09:00 pm.

  1. Once your request has been logged with us, our authorised service representative will visit your home within 24-48 business hours to assess the issue. In case Following actions would be then taken accordingly –
  • In case the product is repairable: The service representative will resolve the issue. In case new spare parts are required for repair, to be arranged by service representative at no additional cost to you.
  • In case the product is DOA: The service representative will confirm if the product is defective beyond repair and issue a DOA certificate. Replacement will be accepted if the service representative confirms the issue in writing on a Job Sheet. Please retain a copy of Job Sheet as it will be needed by us to process the replacement request.

In any of the cases where the refund needs to be issued, pls note-

  • We will take 48 hours to process the refund once approved. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account generally within 3-4 working days. The said timeline is subject to differ or extend depending on bank. ain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days
  • If you have paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund will be credited to the bank account provided by you at the time of initiation of returns or a coupon of equivalent value which can be used for purchase of any other product on
  • If you have paid using a UPI/credit/debit card or via net banking, the refund will be credited back to the account you used to place the original order

  • All Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, accessories, freebies and original boxes defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return.
  • Kindly retain the packaging for 7-10 days of delivery as it may be needed just in case you need to return the product.
  • In case of any missing accessory/components of the Products like jar, lid, etc., we will investigate the issue with our logistics partner. If it is found missing in our investigation, then we will either ship the missing product/s to you or will reimburse you the cost of missing product/s as per the applicable market price.

Warranty Policy

  • Philips Domestic Appliances products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards and deliver high-quality performance, ease of use and ease of installation. If you encounter any difficulties while using your product, we recommend that you first consult the user manual or the information in the support section of this website, where (depending on the product type) you may find a downloadable user manual, frequently asked questions, instruction videos or a support forum.
  • In the unlikely event of a failure of the product, company will arrange for your product to be serviced, free-of-charge when you inform us of the defect during the warranty period, provided that the product was used in accordance with the user manual (e.g. in the intended environment).
  • If you offer your product for service in India but you purchased the product abroad, Philips DA will endeavor to have your product serviced against the warranty terms of the country where you purchased the product.
  • This document only applies to domestic appliances products – Kitchen Appliances, Ironing Products, Vacuum Cleaners, Security Cameras and Air Purifiers.
  • The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase and expires at the end of the period indicated in the section “Warranty period” below. If you require service but you lost your proof-of-purchase or the retailer is unknown to Philips DA (e.g. a seller on an on-line auction channel), the warranty period shall be deemed to have started three months from the date of manufacture indicated on the product or derived from the serial number. If you require service for products without production date or serial number on the product a valid proof-of-purchase is required.

    Where a repair is not possible or not commercially viable, Philips DA may replace the product with a new or refurbished product of similar functionality. After a repair, firmware upgrade or replacement the warranty period will continue from the date of the original purchase.
