Shipping Policy

All merchandise ordered on Philips DA can be shipped to all parts of India with an approximate shipping time of 7-10 working days. We are unable to process any orders on Sundays and public holidays.

1. Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery thrice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.
2. Our delivery partners may sometimes require a valid ID proof for delivering your package. Please contact us at shop.support@philips.com if you have any further queries.
3. Due to varying item availability, orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own individual tracking number, which can be tracked on the Track Order page under the same order number.
