Not a perfect/exact fit!

I thought I'll receive an exact replacement for my broken one, I've received a bigger one of 15-cups instead of standard 7-cups and it's not fitting inside the machine even, searched entire site thrice for return or replacement, but no luck. tried calling customer care but no luck either.

"Not very consumer-friendly. They don’t claim to offer exchanges for wrong order / fit issues—only for defective items. I contacted customer care and sent several emails; while they responded, they strictly adhered to this policy. They could have accommodated at least once, especially since I mentioned that the product is of no use to me."
