My Philips HD4928/01 induction cooktop was defective upon arrival,Dead on arrival.After replacement,the same issue occurred with the replaced one with in just two months.This repeated failure raises serious concerns about product quality and reliability.Extremely disappointed with Philips and expect a proper resolution.This experience has significantly damage my trust in the brand like Philips.Complaint No.-MH2610060011
