Hi team,
I never expected such a worst experience from philips.

The new unit when opened had a speed knob not working and the same day I logged a call with support for DOA, but support told they will organise for a support Engineer to visit and check and then organise for a replacement, and the engineer visited and told it is knob related issues, which I was convinced, as the speed regulator was not moving with a plier as well.
Since it was a issue on DOA , I insisted for replacement, after a delay, the support team told they are organising for a return pickup, but the delivery person came and said it is a big pack and he can't pickup and will organise a different team to pickup, I did call up the delivery agent and told I am not available on 2nd, and I still got only a sms on 2nd that the customer is not available to pick, when still no one called.
I also called the mentioned agent today morning, he told will pick by 2pm today 3rd, and at 7pm I get an email saying the pickup was cancelled and hence it is closed.

I am unable to understand what kind of support is this.
