Air fryer fan and touch issue

Last month I bought air friyer from chroma and with 10 days it is started making noise and display also partially gone. I called service person and I am waiting for resolution, I am not happy with the product

since then waiting for new Air fryer to return

Don’t buy Philips Airfryer!
The quality is extremely poor – it’s a made-in-China product with very weak build. As per design, when you insert the pan, the internal switches should get pressed automatically. But due to poor quality, the inner switches and the pan’s contact points broke down within just a few weeks of use.

The worst part is their after-sales service – completely unresponsive. Every time they promise a call back from a senior representative, but you never receive it. Overall, a highly disappointing product and service experience.
