Extremely Disappointing Customer Service by Philips
My experience with Philips has been extremely disappointing. My order (Order ID: 93734), delivered on 9 October 2026, is still incomplete, as the hanger/stand and gloves are missing.
Despite repeated follow-ups, Philips continues to provide assurances without resolving the issue. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the company claims the missing parts have been arranged, while its service team continues to ask for product details and the purchase invoice. To make matters worse, I have not even received a PDF copy of my own purchase invoice.
The repeated delays, contradictory updates, lack of accountability, and poor communication clearly reflect a disappointing customer service experience. Instead of providing a proper resolution, I am being forced to follow up repeatedly for something that should have been addressed much earlier.
I expected better from a reputed brand like Philips, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I would not recommend Philips based on my experience, and I will think twice before purchasing any Philips product in the future.
Philips needs to take customer complaints seriously, improve its after-sales service, and resolve issues instead of offering repeated apologies and empty assurances.

I received a steamer that was broken right out of the box. While defects can happen, what turned a disappointing purchase into a frustrating experience was the complete lack of effective after-sales support.
After reporting the issue, I was assured that a return pickup would be arranged. Days later, I am still waiting, with no clear updates, no confirmed pickup date, and a defective product sitting in my home. I've spent more time following up on the return than I ever did using the product—which, unfortunately, I never got to use at all.
A broken product is one thing. A broken return process is another. The easiest part of this experience was receiving the defective item; getting it returned has been far more difficult.
I expected better quality control and significantly better customer service. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from this brand.
