I am happy to share that Philips has positively responded to my complain of short supply against the order . Only one washable filter for coffee maker was delivered against the order for two. The Philips considered the complain and sent me another piece of washable filter. That is how a reputed company should behave. So thanks for the same.

I would like to thank Philips for providing me the remaining piece of order. My complain for deficit in delivery of ordered items was positively taken and shortage has been made up. This reflects good governance on the part of the company . Thanks for the same.

I ordered 2 pieces of washable filter for Philips Cofee maker model HD7431/HD7432, costing 150x2=300. Over that 100 as delivery charged and 100 for cash on delivery, total Rs.500 were to be paid. I received the parcel and paid Rs. 500 to the delivery boy. On opening the parcel I found only one filter. I wrote about it to the delivery vendor for asking the Philips to provide the left out filter, which might have been left under some confusion. But I could get no response from the Philips or the vendor delivering the parcel. I wonder how a reputed company like Philips can do such an act? O got only one washable filter against the order of 2, for which I have paid Rs. 500. This is a service fault on the part of Philips. It is to be seen whether the company makes up for the lapse made on their part or ignores it.
