⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Philips
I am extremely disappointed with Philips and its customer service.
Since the day I received this induction cooktop, it has worked for barely 5 minutes. After that, it started repeatedly tripping and displaying the E7 error.
I contacted Philips Customer Care and also sent an email on the very same day. However, it has now been 11 days, and I still have not received any proper solution. Every time I contact them, they simply told “today” or “tomorrow.” But no one actually takes responsibility for resolving the issue.
This is a brand-new product, yet I have already spent 11 days following up with customer care instead of being able to use it normally. The lack of accountability and delay in providing a resolution is extremely frustrating.
I purchased Philips expecting the reliability and service of a reputed brand, but unfortunately, my experience has been completely opposite. A new product should not fail within minutes, and a customer should not have to repeatedly chase customer care for 11 days for a basic resolution.
Very poor after-sales service and a highly disappointing customer experience. I expect Philips to take responsibility and provide an immediate replacement or proper resolution.
Think twice before purchasing Philips products if after-sales service matters to you.
मैंने यह प्रोडक्ट एक हफ़्ते पहले खरीदा था, लेकिन इसका इंडक्शन ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा है। कोई भी खाना पकाओ, यह 2 मिनट में बंद हो जाता है। कोई भी खाना 2 मिनट में नहीं पकता, यह 2 मिनट में अपने आप बंद हो जाता है। मैं परेशान हो गया हूँ, 5100 रुपये कम नहीं हैं। मैंने इसे फिलिप्स के अच्छे ब्रांड समझकर खरीदा था, यह किसी काम का नहीं है। अब कंपनी इसे वापस लेने में आना कानी कर रही है

As mentioned in the advt its for cooking ROTI, FRYING, Sabzi it doesn't work properly like my old Induction of lesser Wattage. And Service Centre guys claims it never works on this model. They also changed the PCB but problem is still the same. I Need Resolution ASAP. I got this induction on 24th March 2026. And its 29th march. Im highly disappointed and sad with phillips.
I purchased this cook top 5 years back for my relative and still working on good condition so I wanted it for myself. Waiting for the notification when will it come to stock
