I have purchased this juicer from “initiative data systems Pvt Ltd” Lucknow on 20.0.2025 and unfortunately top lid got broken within 10 days of purchase. I asked them to provide me the same on payment basis they said me it will be done in 48 hrs but it didn’t worked out. I met them again then then they assured me again that it will be done within 48 hrs since then I have met them several times but nothing worked out.
They are even telling Philips is very poor on after sales and they can’t help and advised me to contact philips directly. In the mean time I bought same model to meet out my needs as it is a very good product.
