Vaccuum cleaner Motor got burnt in less than 2 months.
I purchased a Philips vacuum cleaner less than two months ago from Reliance digital, expecting top-notch quality because of the brand’s reputation. I have used it only 4–5 times, and one morning the motor burnt out suddenly, releasing heavy smoke.
I paid a premium for Philips because of trust in the brand, but this is unacceptable — a product should not fail so quickly with such minimal use. This isn’t just a defect; it’s also a potential safety hazard.
I have requested a full replacement as this is clearly a manufacturing defect. Still waiting for a satisfactory resolution from Philips.
If you value quality and safety, think twice before purchasing. I hope Philips addresses this promptly and restores customer trust.
