Worst experience with purchase from philips online store.
Expected an electric kettle with steeL interior, but received was with plastic interior. I have requested the support team to exchange that for stainless steel one, sent mails multiple times. It’s still in sellable condition and team is not accepting it. In the product description, there was no mention about it plastic interior and I was not aware there are plastic interiors for electric kettle. I am really concerned about boiling water in plastic container and I request team again to exchange it for another product with steel interior or refund me and I can buy one with steel interior.

First thing customer support is not all good. Even after multiple mail no response till date. The cord length is very short. There is no option for me to exchange the product or to return. They are not ready to listen the customer issue.

First time a worst experience happened for me with philips which i regret of buying it.
