Please do not buy products from this website . There product descriptions are false , and their customer service is terrible . You will be stuck with a poor product and they do not respond to your emails or calls . My husband bought a kettle over a month ago that was a defective product , and he has been calling and emailing and has not gotten an resolution . Please use other products and websites that are professional . This is not worth your time and money !
its a good purchase
I recieved a plastic single walled kettle when I bought a double walled kettle with stainless steel interior. I asked for a refund but 10 days later I am stilling going back and forth with customer support without andy resolution.
It is a well-made product and it is functioning well. I wish it were available in colours other than the dark grey that I got (no other colour is offered at present).
Wow
