Dear sir

It is very unfortunate i was supplied very very old product ,which is manufactured in April 2024 ( one and half year old ) . I m really disappointed with this. ( I m disappointed with both Philips and flipkart ) For duping the customer by supplying the products to the customer which is more than a year old .
I request both Philips and flip kart . please look into the matter and do the needful on priority basis to take back this old product and supply me a new product with manufacturing within one year.
Hope ,well know brand Philips and well known e commerce company flipkart will not disappoint the loyal customer.
