Poor customer service, no accountability, and repeated false promises. I shared proof, but Philips still denied responsibility. Extremely disappointed and lost trust in the brand

I had one of the worst experiences with Philips support. After receiving a used product, I was told to return both the Airfryer and free gift (Sandwich Maker) for a replacement. I followed all instructions, but when the replacement arrived, the free gift was missing.

Despite continuous follow-ups, sharing proof photos, and multiple promises (including a new order ID for the missing gift), the team keeps changing their version — first saying it was received, then denying it.

It’s disappointing that such a reputed brand has no proper tracking or accountability. For a small freebie worth ₹2,000, I’ve had to chase support for weeks with no resolution.

Completely lost trust in Philips. Poor service, zero ownership, and a very frustrating experience.

Great product and easy to use

Used it once for 12 minutes, 10 days of purchase and the fryer didn’t switch on. When I attempted the next set. Currently in service center with the diagnosis that the main board has failed and it would take 10 days. Very disappointed with the product and service time. It is the same power outlet we use for induction, mixie and other high power appliances.
