At 1.6 ACH, it covers 753 sq.ft. (70 m2, NRCC). At 3.5 ACH, it covers 340 sq.ft. (32 m2, GB/T, Recommended for fastest purification).

The surface of the filter is likely dirty, clean it with a vacuum cleaner (never water or liquid).

Check that all packaging has been removed from the filter and that it's installed correctly. Clean the particle sensor with a dry cotton swab or vacuum every 2 months. If your room is very large or outdoor air quality is poor, close doors and windows for best results. Indoor sources like smoke, cooking, or incense can also affect readings. If the filter has reached the end of its life, replace it.

"E1" means the motor has malfunctioned, "E6" means the heater has malfunctioned; contact Philips Consumer Care for both. Before contacting support, unplug the device, check that the filter packaging has been fully removed and the filter reinstalled, check that the air inlet and outlet aren't blocked, then wait 1 minute before plugging back in.

Check if the room has already reached your target temperature, if so, heating stops automatically. Also check that your target temperature isn't set lower than the room's current temperature, that the filter packaging has been fully removed, and that the air inlet and outlet aren't blocked.

Make sure you're connecting to a 2.4GHz network, not 5GHz, which isn't supported. Double-check your network name and password are correct (both are case-sensitive), and that your phone isn't in airplane mode. Keep the appliance close to your router during setup, and away from other electronics that could cause interference.
