I ordered this product from your website because I wanted to avoid the risk of receiving a damaged item. Unfortunately, the product I received was defective and required repairs from the very first day of use, which was extremely disappointing.
I then requested a service visit, but it was delayed by four days, adding to the inconvenience. If a product requires repairs on day one, it naturally raises concerns about its reliability and performance over the coming months. In such a situation, I believe a replacement unit would have been the more appropriate solution, but that option was not provided.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and has fallen well short of the expectations I had when purchasing directly from your website.
