Product still undelivered. I was told refund process will happen. I'm getting mail for feedback for undelivered product. Booked on 18th, I have to wait till date and zero accountability, transparency and value for customer. No one is responsible as every day I'm calling them and response is it will be delivered next day. If you see the remarks of update status, one can know what kind of fraudulence is happening! Totally unaware of this kind of treatment by Philips and staff.
Never buys this product seriously its leaks below. And Customer service is pathetic. I have raised 3 Compliant. MH2606300395, MH2607120134 and MH2607251468 but they have not replaced the medium-size jar. Instead in my complaint no. MH2607120134 they provide an old jar of which steel is already rusted.
