Defective Piece given most indication buttons wiped out dent on tray and their Customer Support is not helping

I hv purchased this unit online in May 2026. With in 2 months all the indication marking on buttons r rubbed off. Now it's very difficult to operate the Airfryer. Hv also gifted the same model to my daughter at Bangalore, she is also facing same problem. I hv register complaint with Philips service centre. Last week. No technician contacted. After constant follow up finally got call frm service centre. They said they will replace the outer body with new one. Don't know how long marking will stay on new body. Not expected such things from Big brand like Philips

I havent even received the product.. It was ordered 15-20 days back still haven't received. No response from the delivery partner. Kindly look into this

Very disappointing experience. The air fryer I received had a manufacturing defect, which made it unusable as expected. Instead of enjoying a new product, I had to spend my time reporting the issue, coordinating with customer support, and going through the replacement/return process. It caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted a lot of time.

I expected better quality control before dispatch. A defective product should ideally never reach the customer. While I hope the issue gets resolved, this was not the experience I expected when purchasing a new appliance.

I would recommend the seller and manufacturer improve their quality inspection process to prevent such issues in the future.
