I received a steamer that was broken right out of the box

I received a steamer that was broken right out of the box. While defects can happen, what turned a disappointing purchase into a frustrating experience was the complete lack of effective after-sales support.

After reporting the issue, I was assured that a return pickup would be arranged. Days later, I am still waiting, with no clear updates, no confirmed pickup date, and a defective product sitting in my home. I've spent more time following up on the return than I ever did using the product—which, unfortunately, I never got to use at all.

A broken product is one thing. A broken return process is another. The easiest part of this experience was receiving the defective item; getting it returned has been far more difficult.

I expected better quality control and significantly better customer service. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from this brand.
