The earlier model was better

For many years I've used the previous upright steamer and was happy with it. This is supposed to be an upgraded model but it's very poorly designed. The steam gets kinda blocked and keeps spurting all of a sudden. The garment holder angle is also not the most ergonomic to use. Very poor product.
