My shipment got delayed, when I call customer service all they say is please email us and the delay is from the delivery partners. Now you will get the delivery 4 days later than the original delivery date which was already 5 working days after my order placement (an average time). On email, they give the same bullshit generic answer of apologising and have forwarded my concern. They chose the delivery partners, they can expedite the delivery if they want. What is the point of receiving a product if I don't get it on time??. Philips isn't the first company to deliver things. Very disappointed. Will never order again and don't advise people to order. A big company doesn't necessarily mean a good company
