Does not function as advertised. Lacks effectiveness.

This product is supposed to have a light only at the start before the steam begins. Yet, after 10 seconds of use, the light pops on again repeatedly. The steam drops while it heats up again. This is not indicated anywhere in the literature or online description. Having to pause every ten seconds to wait for ten seconds is a complete waste of time and energy.

The interactions with the customer service centre and the first technician who did not come to check the product have been extremely slow and frustrating.

I regret buying this product.
