Poor customer support. Ordered by mistake a wrong model.. tried to return in original condition as the product was not for my use but could no get support forreturn or replace

Received broken spare part without replacement
I received a broken spare part and asked for a replacement since I received a damaged part.However,I was told that the replacement window closed in 7 days where I had brought the product just 10 days ago. Extremely horrible service from philips. I didn't expect such a reputable company to cheat a customer
