Order is still not delivered. Worst company, worst service and worst people.
Did not recieve my filters even after 15 days. Received only 1 out of 4 ordered. Called call center 10 times, they dont help just ask me to write emails. Emails get standard reply. My money is stuck for no fault of mine.

I ordered filter on October 22, first they didn’t deliver filter for 10 days then I reached out to customer care and they said to write an email. After which they sent a filter but that filter was incorrect. Now they are saying they will arrange a pickup but no resolution when I will get my actual filter.
Note to future buyer please be aware what are you getting into. Avoid Philips product due to pathetic unprofessional after sales service.
