I bought 2 lids from the website assuming that Philips would have the correct fit for my mixer Model HL7707/01.
However, both are too large for the jar.
I've raised a refund/ return request with customer service which has been forwarded to another team 3 days ago but they have not bothered to reply or provide any update.
Very frustrating to deal with this.
The Jar lid received of big size however I was needed the same for medium jar. No option is provided on the system for the replacement. Please do the needful.
Excellent services by Philips
Bought for mentioned model but the size is 2 size bigger and no one cares responding
Size doesn't fit the HL7707 as listed.
Also the customer care outright refused to accept that the size is not fitting, even after sharing photos clearly showing the size of existing dome and the delivered dome as well as picture of the product model no purchased.
