It is very disappointing that philips like trusted company doesn't have spare part of this chutney jar with model no HL7707. The only option is to purchase the new chutney jar. I use other company mixer grinder where their is easy availability of spare part of jars also. Their is no need to purchase new jar untill jar is totally damaged. My jar has little damage which should be repaired but you don't avail its spare part then how it can be repaired. Even your service centre is unable to repair it as parts not available. I purchase this mixer grinder as philips is trusted brand even i purchase premium model of it. It is very disappointing that u didn't avail its spare part. New jar has a cost of Rs900. It is meaningless to purchase new jar again with this high cost. I expect that service centre can repaired at cost of max 300 but you didn't avail its spare parts. Obliquely i have need to purchase new jar. It is a big blot to such a huge company that spare parts are not available and customer are annoyed and obliqued to purchase new jar unnecessarily.
