Shameful Philips India
How shamelessly Philips India sends automated review emails while the product hasn’t even reached my doorstep. I’ve been following up for over a week now — the shipment is stuck, and no one can provide a straight answer.
Is Bluedart defaulting, or is Philips simply not compensating them well enough to care? Either way, customers are left chasing shadows. My query has been escalated, but all I receive are templated replies and false assurances — zero accountability, zero resolution.
If this is what a global brand calls post-sale service, it’s an absolute joke. A Google review will be shared soon.
