Make sure you're connecting to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, the Air+ App doesn't support 5GHz networks. Keep your phone close to the purifier during setup and make sure Bluetooth is enabled for the initial connection.
The display ring shows your real-time air quality: Blue means Good (PM2.5 up to 60), Blue-Purple means Fair (61-120), Purple-Red means Poor (121-250), and Red means Very Poor (above 250).
Unplug the appliance, remove the top cover, twist and lift out the old filter, then insert the new filter, aligning the arrows, and replace the cover. The filter indicator resets automatically once the new filter is installed and the appliance is powered back on.
Unplug the appliance first. Gently brush the prefilter every 2 months to remove dust buildup. Never use water or liquid cleaners on the appliance itself, only a dry or slightly damp cloth on the outside.
