Check that the power cord and adaptor are firmly connected, undamaged, and that the outlet is working. Only use the adaptor provided with your appliance.
The display shows your real-time air quality with a light bar, reflecting how clean or polluted your air currently is, based on PM2.5 levels.
Unplug the appliance, remove the top cover, twist and lift out the old filter, then insert the new filter, aligning the arrows, and replace the cover. Plug back in and hold the power and mode buttons together for 3 seconds to reset the filter timer.
