I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the after sales service. Although the product is still under warranty, a basket lock clip broke within a year of use. When I approached the service center, I was charged nearly 30% of the product cost just to replace the basket, which defeats the very purpose of having a warranty.
To make matters worse, the Grill Pan Plate whose non-stick coating had already worn off was not returned along with the replaced basket. When I raised this issue, the service center demanded an additional payment to replace the plate as well.

The overall service experience has been very poor. Even after agreeing to pay the requested amount, it took 12 days to receive the basket replacement. The delays, lack of accountability, and extra charges make the entire process frustrating.
It is highly concerning that multiple issues arose within just one year, and every fix required additional payment despite the warranty. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing this product.
