Doing fraud with Customers

The PCB I purchased is not compatible with control board PCB, even though the description stated that it would work with my induction model (HD4928/01). I have two inductions with same model due to better reliability of products but after facing this kind of fraud with spares, I would never recommend anyone to buy this. There is no option to return this PCB now. Very frustrating experience.

Poor packaging and handling during transit.

The product is good.But the packaging by ekart was so poor and bad as the main board edges/corners were damaged. Caution ekart to improve packaging and handle with care during transit as this is an electronic product.
