THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS SHALL BE APPLICABLE TO ALL CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASES PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS OF BRAND PHILIPS BY VERSUNI INDIA HOME SOLUTIONS LIMITED (“VERSUNI”) DURING THE OFFER PERIOD AND VOLUNTARILY REGISTERS TO GET A CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE IN WHEEL OF FORTUNE (HEREINAFTER “OFFER”). THIS OFFER IS VALID TILL 8TH of MARCH 2026.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE OFFER, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFER.
1. Exclusive chance to participate in the selection process of Wheel of Fortune, a show hosted by Actor Akshay Kumar, to be aired on Sony Entertainment Television (“Wheel of Fortune”) – All consumers purchasing Promotional Product and uploading a valid invoice (“Eligible Customers”) will be eligible to register for Wheel of Fortune. Shortlisting of users for Wheel of Fortune and their audition to be done solely by Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited (“Sony Entertainment Television/SET”).
2. Promotional Product for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions means and include any Domestic Appliances Product of Brand PHILIPS manufactured by Versuni worth more than MRP of Rs 1500/-.
3. This Offer is only valid for the citizens of India.
4. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void.
5. This Offer is valid only once per eligible customer and mobile number, if a customer purchases more than One Promotional Product during the Offer Period, he/she/they will be eligible only once to participate in this Offer.
6. Upon providing consent to get a chance to participate in this Offer and subject to successful verification of the details submitted by the eligible Customer, Versuni shall share a unique code via SMS along with a SET registration link (URL) to enable the eligible to register for the Offer. Participation in the Offer shall be deemed complete only upon successful registration on the SET registration link. Mere sharing or receipt of the unique code/SET registration link or providing consent for participation shall not be construed as a guarantee of selection, appearance, or participation in the Wheel of Fortune. Participation shall be subject to further screening, eligibility checks, verification, and the final selection process by SET.
7. Upon completion of Registration Process, SET will notify the Eligible Customers, eligible to participate in Wheel of Fortune. By agreeing to participate and enter into this Contest, you agree that you have a valid original Invoice and you may be required to share the same with Versuni as and when requested.
8. Versuni does not organize, operate, promote, or endorse any game of chance, wagering, betting, or gambling activity in connection with this promotion. Wheel of Fortune is a game format owned and operated solely by SET, and all gameplay, mechanics, outcomes, and related decisions are the exclusive responsibility of SET. Versuni’s involvement is limited strictly to a promotional collaboration and does not extend to the conduct, administration, or results of the game.
9. Versuni reserves the right to change any of the terms of these T&Cs, modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Contest, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Contest Eligible Customers.
10. Versuni may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Contest (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Versuni and its affiliates, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability that may be asserted against or incurred by any of them at any time, in connection with entry, or participation or use of the Contest.
12. Versuni shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, epidemic, pandemic, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God, restriction on usage of any social media platform, systemic electrical, telecommunications, network or other utility failures or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
13. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits/Contest shall be entertained
14. In respect of any dispute/clarification, decision of Versuni will be final and binding.
15. These terms and conditions are subject to the Laws of India.
16. All claims and disputes are subject to jurisdiction of competent courts at Gurgaon.
