TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Festive Consumer Promo Wedding Fiesta (“Promo”) is launched by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited ("Versuni"), conducted by Pine Labs Limited .

Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before registering/entering to avail the “Promo”.

You agree that by registering your details to avail the Promo, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Promo eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

The term “Make My Trip Voucher/Gift Card” used wherever in these T&Cs and in the Program advertisements shall mean and include the Online Voucher by MakeMyTrip Limited worth Rs 75,000/- or Rs 2,00,000/- and the term “Philips Dual basket Air fryer/Gift” used wherever in these T&Cs shall mean and include the Philips Brand Dual Basket Airfryer, Model no. NA352/00 till stocks last.

“Promo” shall mean and include a chance to win a Make My Trip voucher or Philips Dual basket Airfryer as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

1. Eligibility: You are eligible to enter and avail the benefits of this Promo during the Promo Period by meeting the conditions mentioned in this document and by purchasing Promotional Product/s of Philips Brand Domestic Appliances by Versuni above MRP of Rs 1,000/- (herein referred to as ‘ Promotional Product’) from authorized retail outlets.
The offer is not applicable on the purchase of any other product/s of PHILIPS brand that are not part of the Home Appliances range by Versuni.
Employees of Versuni, their immediate family members and Versuni ’s affiliates or consultants or Service Provider or Retailers or Dealers or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Promo.
This Promo is valid only in India and is open to Citizens of India only.

2. Participation Mechanism: To enter the Promo, follow these steps:

  • Visit the Designated Store: Participant should visit the authorised retail outlets.
  • Purchase the Promotional Product.
  • For getting a chance to win a Make My Trip Voucher or dual basket Airfryer, follow the instructions mentioned on the scanner affixed on the authorized retail outlet and follow the instructions mentioned after scanning the QR Scanner.
  • Scan the QR Scanner available on the authorized retail outlet, or visit the website weddingfiesta.woohoo.in.
  • Provide the details as required to be provided on the website weddingfiesta.woohoo.in including but not limited to Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, City, Store Name, SKU Purchased, Invoice Date, Invoice/Bill No. and upload a copy of your bill/Invoice for verification.
  • The benefits of this Promo can be availed only once per person, mobile number, email ID, invoice/bill and bank account during the Promo Period. Multiple eligible models in a single invoice will be eligible for only one gift or a chance to win a Make My Trip Voucher.
  • Post completion of above process, Bill verification will take 48-72 hours to be verified by Pinelabs, post which Participant will be contacted if they won in the Promo.

3. Promo Mechanism:

1. The Promo is valid for in-store purchases of Promotional Product from the authorized retail outlets.

2. This Promo is valid from 5 th November 2025 to 30 th November 2025 (“Promo Period”)

3. Under this Promo, out of the participating participants, the winners will be announced as per below at the following intervals:

  • Daily: One winner will win a Philips Dual Basket Airfryer.
  • Weekly: One winner will win a MakeMyTrip travel voucher worth ₹75,000.
  • Monthly: One winner will win a MakeMyTrip travel voucher worth ₹2,00,000.

4. The Winner list will be announced on the Website of Versuni: https://www.domesticappliances.philips.co.in/pages/wedding-fiesta

5. Only the purchases made in between Promo Period will be considered for the Promo or such other date and time as may be decided by Versuni at its sole discretion for all the purchases made from authorized retail outlets.

6. The Participants entry of the participants registering after 30 th November, 12 AM IST will be invalidated and cannot be used further.

7. If a Participant wins Make My Trip Voucher through this Promo and the details are duly validated, participant will be contacted & the Gift, Voucher will be delivered within 15-30 working days at the Participant’s address. In case the participant wins the Make My Trip Voucher, the Voucher will be delivered by MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited at the mail address provided by customer at the time of registration for the Promo. Before the Delivery of gift or Make My Trip Voucher, the participant will be contacted for verification process, if the Participant cannot be contacted through call in 3 attempts due to any reasons whatsoever (any reasons directly attributable to the Participant), the entry of the Participant for this promo will be considered void and the Participant will not be given the benefit of this promo.

8. Versuni and PineLabs shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):

  • For any SPAM generated messages
  • For the Operator Scanner not being displayed on the user's mobile phones
  • For any SMS message delivery failures
  • Any lost, late, or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures, or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason.
  • If your entry is incomplete due to any reasons whatsoever, or if you use robotic, automatic intelligence, promoted or similar entry methods, your entry will be considered void, making you ineligible for participation Promo.
  • If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
  • Other conditions beyond its reasonable control

4. Miscellaneous:

1. Versuni reserves the right to change any of the terms of these T&Cs, modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Promo, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Promo Participants.

2. The participant confirms that he/she/they have gone through Privacy Policy of Versuni India Home Solutions Limited and that he/she/they have no objection in collection or processing of their data according to the manner carved out in the privacy policy.

3. Versuni and Pinelabs may, in its sole discretion, can deny the Promo to any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the documents required for availing the Promo or the promotion of the Promo (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or (d) Attempting to avail the Promo through fraud or unfair means.

4. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Versuni and its affiliates, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability that may be asserted against or incurred by any of them at any time, in connection with entry, or participation or use of the Promo.

5. Versuni and Pinelabs shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by any force majeure event interalia the following: weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, epidemic, pandemic, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God restriction on usage of any social media platform, systemic electrical, telecommunications, network or other utility failures or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

6. Redemption of the Make My trip Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited, as mentioned therein/as provided with the Make My Trip Voucher, i.e., Versuni shall not be responsible for the redemption process, MakeMyTrip voucher /service quality, or any disputes arising between the consumer and the issuer/vendor.

7. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits/ Promo shall be entertained.

8. By registering for this app, you allow Versuni to use your Name and Details for Promotional/marketing purpose.

9. The Makemytrip Voucher redemption shall be subjected to terms and conditions mentioned therein by MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited and the aforesaid terms and conditions should be read as part and parcel of these terms and conditions.

10. In no event shall Pinelabs or Versuni India Home Solutions Limited be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher.

11. Any disputes or differences in connection with the Promo shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.

12. No queries, claims, disputes, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited and its agency after 15 days from the date of the closure of the Promo.

13. Promo valid for In-Store purchases from authorized retail stores of Versuni only.

14. By registering for the Promo, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions above.

15. Participants can raise a complaint related to this Promo at weddingfiesta@pinelabs.com or philipshomeliving.shopsupport.india@versuni.com
