TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Festive Consumer Promo “Sone Pe Suhaga” (“Program”) is launched by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited ("Versuni"), conducted by_Pine Labs Limited .
Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before registering/entering to avail the “Program”.
You agree that by registering your details to avail the Program, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
The term “Gold Voucher” used wherever in these T&Cs and in the Program advertisements shall mean and include the physical Gold Voucher worth Rs 9,999/- by Kalyan Jewelers India Limited, the term “Assured Gift/Gift” used wherever in these T&Cs shall mean and include Philips Sandwich Maker HD1000/00; PHILIPS Hand blender HR1400/00; JARSOME 4PC KITCHEN CONTAINER SET ; PHILIPS Fabric Shaver GC026/80 till stock lasts.
“Program” shall mean and include a offer to win a Assured Gift and a chance to win a Gold Voucher.
1. Eligibility: You are eligible to enter and avail the benefits of this Program by meeting the conditions mentioned in this document and by purchasing Promotional Products of Philips Brand Home appliances among Mixer Grinder, Air Fryer or Garment Steamer, (herein referred to as ‘Product’) from authorized retail outlets.
Employees of Versuni, their immediate family members and Versuni ’s affiliates or consultants or Service Provider or Retailers or Dealers or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Program.
2. Participation Mechanism: To enter the Program, follow these steps:
- Visit the Designated Store: Participant should visit the authorised retail outlets.
- Purchase Product among the following Promotional Products: The Program applies to following models of Garment Steamers, Mixer Grinders, and Air Fryers purchased from authorized retail outlets in India as detailed below:
- Collect your Assured Gift as available with the Product.
- Scan the QR Scanner available on the authorized retail outlet, or visit the website sonepesuhaga.woohoo.in
- For getting a chance to win a Gold Voucher, follow the instructions mentioned on the scanner affixed on the authorized retail outlet and follow the instructions mentioned after scanning the QR Scanner.

- Provide the details as required to be provided on the website sonepesuhaga.woohoo.in including but not limited to Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, City, Store Name, SKU Purchased, Invoice Date, Invoice/Bill No. and upload a copy of your bill/Invoice for verification.
- The benefits of this Program can be availed only once per person, mobile number, email ID, invoice/bill and bank account during the Program Period. Multiple eligible models in a single invoice will be eligible for only one gift or a chance to win a Gold Voucher.
- Post completion of above process, Bill verification will take 48-72 hours to be verified by Pinelabs, post which Participant will be contacted if they won a Gold Voucher.
3. Program Mechanism:
1. The Program is valid for in-store purchases of Products from the authorized retail outlets.
2. This Program is valid from 19th September 2025 to 22nd October 2025 (“Program Period”)
3. Only the purchases made between 19th September 2025 to 22nd October 2025 will be considered for the Program or such other date and time as may be decided by Versuni at its sole discretion for all the purchases made from authorized retail outlets.
4. The Participant will need to register by 19th September, 2025, failing which the Program entry will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
5. Participants can only get a chance to win the Gold Voucher if they register through the QR Scanner by 19th September 2025 to 22nd October 2025.
6. If a Participant wins Gold Voucher through this Program and the details are duly validated, participant will be contacted & Gold Voucher will be delivered within 15 working days at the Participant’s address, the Gold Voucher will be delivered by Kalyan Jewellers India Limited at the address provided by customer at the time of registration for the Program. If the Participant can not be contacted through call in 3 attempts due to any reasons whatsoever, the entry of the Participant for this program will be considered void and the Participant will not be given the benefit of this program with regard to Gold Voucher.
7. Versuni and PineLabs shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
- For any SPAM generated messages
- For the Operator Scanner not being displayed on the user's mobile phones
- For any SMS message delivery failures
- Any lost, late, or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures, or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason.
- If your entry is incomplete due to any reasons whatsoever, or if you use robotic, automatic intelligence, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be considered void, making you ineligible for participation Program.
- If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
- Other conditions beyond its reasonable control
4. Miscellaneous:
1. Versuni reserves the right to change any of the terms of these T&Cs, modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Program, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Program Participants.
2. Versuni and Pinelabs may, in its sole discretion, can deny the Program to any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the documents required for availing the Program or the promotion of the Program (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or (d) Attempting to avail the Program through fraud or unfair means.
3. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Versuni and its affiliates, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability that may be asserted against or incurred by any of them at any time, in connection with entry, or participation or use of the Program.
4. Versuni and Pinelabs shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by any force majeure event interalia the following: weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, epidemic, pandemic, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God restriction on usage of any social media platform, systemic electrical, telecommunications, network or other utility failures or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
5. Redemption of the Gold Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer/vendor, i.e. Kalyan Jewelers India Limited, Versuni shall not be responsible for the redemption process, Gold/service quality, or any disputes arising between the consumer and the issuer/vendor.
6. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits/ Program shall be entertained.
7. By registering for this app, you allow Versuni to use your Name and Details for Promotional/marketing purpose if you win a Gold Voucher.
8. The Gold Voucher redemption shall be subjected to terms and conditions mentioned therein by Kalyan Jewelers India Limited and the aforesaid terms and conditions should be read as part and parcel of these terms and conditions.
9. In no event shall Pinelabs or Versuni India Home Solutions Limited be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher.
10. Any disputes or differences in connection with the Program shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
11. No queries, claims, disputes, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited and its agency after 15 days from the date of the closure of the Program.
12. Program valid for In-Store purchases only.
13. By registering for the Program, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions above.
