This Festive Consumer Promo “Sone Pe Double Suhaga” (“Program”) is launched by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited ("Versuni"), conducted/managed by Pine Labs Limited on behalf of Versuni.

Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before registering/entering to avail the “Program”.

You agree that by registering your details to avail the Program, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

The term “Gold Voucher” used wherever in these T&Cs and in the Program advertisements shall mean and include a digital Gold Voucher worth Rs 9,999/-, the term Diamond Voucher used wherever in these T&C shall mean and include a digital voucher worth Rs.50,000/- issued through Pine Labs Limited and redeemable with participating jewellery partners including Kalyan Jewellers India Limited, Titan Company Limited (Tanishq) and Joyalukkas India Limited, or such other partner as may be available, subject to partner-specific terms and conditions. The term “Assured Gift/Gift” used wherever in these T&Cs shall mean and include Jar Container with Wooden Lid, Ceramic Serving Platter Set or Jet Fan, as may be offered under the Program, subject to availability and while stocks last.

“Program” shall mean and include an offer to win an Assured Gift and a chance to win a Gold Voucher or Diamond Voucher, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility:

You are eligible to enter and avail the benefits of this Program by meeting the conditions mentioned in this document and by purchasing Promotional Products of Philips Brand Home appliances among Mixer Grinders, Air Fryer, OneChef, Vacuum Cleaner, Juicer or Garment Steamer, (herein referred to as ‘Product’) from authorized retail outlets.

Employees of Versuni, their immediate family members and Versuni’s affiliates or consultants or Service Provider or Retailers or Dealers or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Program.

2. Participation Mechanism:

To enter the Program, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Designated Store: Participant should visit the authorised retail outlet in India (excluding Kerala).
  2. Purchase an Eligible Product:

    A. Chance to Win Gold Voucher or Diamond Voucher

    Any Philips product having an MRP above Rs. 1,500 purchased from an authorised retail outlet during the Program Period shall be eligible for participation in the Program for a chance to win:

    • Gold Voucher worth Rs. 9,999/- or
    • Diamond Voucher worth Rs. 50,000/-.

    Eligibility to participate does not guarantee winning a voucher. Winners shall be selected in accordance with the terms of the Program.

    B. Assured Gift

    Participants purchasing any of the following eligible models shall be entitled to receive the corresponding assured gift, subject to stock availability:

  3. Collect your Assured Gift, as available with the specified Product from the authorized retail outlet where you purchased the product.
  4. Scan the QR Scanner available on the authorized retail outlet, or visit the website sonepesuhaga.woohoo.in.
  5. To get a chance to win a Gold Voucher or Diamond Voucher, the participant shall provide the details required on the website sonepesuhaga.woohoo.in including but not limited to First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number (OTP verified), Email ID (OTP verified), Store Code, Product Purchased, Model Number, Complete Postal Address, Invoice Date and upload a copy of the invoice/bill for verification.
  6. The benefits of this Program can be availed only once per person, mobile number, email ID, invoice/bill and bank account during the Program Period. Multiple eligible models in a single invoice will be eligible for only one gift or a chance to win a Gold/Diamond Voucher.
  7. Participants shall be required to correctly answer a skill-based question as a mandatory part of the registration process. Only entries that correctly answer the skill-based question and are otherwise complete and valid, shall be eligible for participation in the Program.
  8. Only one valid participation shall be permitted per mobile number during the Promotion Period. Upon selection as a winner, the corresponding mobile number shall not be eligible for any subsequent winner selection under this Promotion.
  9. Post completion of the registration process, invoices shall be verified by Pine Labs. Winners shall be selected through a randomized selection mechanism administered by Pine Labs. Upto a total of nine (9) winners may be selected per day, comprising eight (8) winners for Gold Vouchers worth Rs. 9,999/- each and one (1) winner for a Diamond Voucher worth Rs. 50,000/-, subject to successful verification of invoices and supporting documents. A participant can win only once during the Program Period. Selection of winners shall be subject to validation of invoices and other supporting details provided by participants.
  10. In respect of weekends and public holidays, winner selection may be conducted on the immediately preceding working day.

3. Program Mechanism:

  1. The Program is valid for in-store purchases of Products from the authorized retail outlets.
  2. This Program is valid from 11th October 2026 to 11th November 2026 (“Program Period”). The Program is valid across India, including Tamil Nadu and excluding Kerala.
  3. Only the purchases made between 9th October 2026 to 11th November 2026 will be considered for the Program or such other date and time as may be decided by Versuni at its sole discretion for all the purchases made from authorized retail outlets.
  4. Participants must complete registration on the microsite between 9th October 2026 and 11th November 2026. Registrations submitted after the registration period shall not be eligible for participation in the Program.
  5. Reward distribution, voucher fulfilment, winner communication and first-level participant support relating to the Gold Voucher and Diamond Voucher shall be managed by Pine Labs. Participants may direct all voucher-related queries, complaints and support requests to Pine Labs through the contact details provided under these T&Cs.
  6. Versuni and PineLabs shall not be responsible for:
    • For any SPAM generated messages
    • For the Operator Scanner not being displayed on the user's mobile phones
    • For any SMS message delivery failures
    • Any lost, late, or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason.
    • If your entry is incomplete due to any reasons whatsoever or if you use robotic, automatic intelligence, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be considered void, making you ineligible for participation Program.
    • If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
    • Versuni and/or Pine Labs reserve the right to reject any entry based on incomplete, forged, illegible, altered, duplicate, suspicious or unverifiable invoices/documentation including an invoice not bearing a valid GST/tax invoice number, except where the relevant outlet has been pre-approved by Versuni as a non-GST-registered outlet.
    • Other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

4. Miscellaneous:

  1. Versuni reserves the right to change any of the terms of these T&Cs, modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the Program or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Program Participants.
  2. Versuni and Pinelabs may, in its sole discretion, can deny the Program to any individual found to be:
    1. tampering with the documents required for availing the Program or the promotion of the Program
    2. acting in violation of these T&Cs
    3. acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
    4. Attempting to avail the Program through fraud or unfair means.
  3. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Versuni and its affiliates, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability that may be asserted against or incurred by any of them at any time, in connection with entry or participation or use of the Program.
  4. Versuni and Pinelabs shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by any force majeure event interalia the following: weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, epidemic, pandemic, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God restriction on usage of any social media platform, systemic electrical, telecommunications, network or other utility failures or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
  5. Redemption of the Gold Voucher or Diamond Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer/vendor, Versuni shall not be responsible for the redemption process, Gold/Diamond service quality, or any disputes arising between the consumer and the issuer/vendor. Pine Labs shall be solely responsible for the issuance, delivery, activation, replacement (where applicable), and customer support relating to the Gold Voucher and Diamond Voucher. All voucher-related queries and disputes shall be addressed by Pine Labs and/or the relevant participating jewellery partner. Versuni shall not be liable in relation thereto.
  6. Any tax liability arising in connection with the prize/voucher, including any withholding obligation applicable under law, shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable law. The winner shall provide such PAN, tax and other information as may be legally required for prize fulfilment.
  7. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits/ Program shall be entertained.
  8. By registering for this program, you allow Versuni to use your Name and Details for Promotional/marketing purpose if you win a Gold/Diamond Voucher.
  9. The Gold/Diamond Voucher redemption shall be subjected to terms and conditions mentioned therein by respective jewellery partner selected by the winner and the aforesaid terms and conditions should be read as part and parcel of these terms and conditions.
  10. In no event shall Versuni India Home Solutions Limited be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the vouchers.
  11. Any manufacturing defect or physical damage existing at the time of receipt of the Assured Gift and reported within seven (7) days of receipt shall, subject to verification, be eligible for replacement with the same or a similar product of equivalent value, subject to availability. If an Assured Gift is unavailable for any reason, Versuni reserves the right to provide an alternate gift of equivalent or higher value without prior notice. Versuni shall not be responsible for any damage, misuse, wear and tear, or deterioration occurring after delivery of the Assured Gift to the participant.
  12. The colour, size, design, finish, packaging and other specifications of the Assured Gift may vary from the images or representations used in any promotional material and shall be subject to availability. Such variations shall not constitute a defect or deficiency.
  13. Any disputes or differences in connection with the Program shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
  14. No queries, claims, disputes, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited and its agency after 15 days from the date of the closure of the Program.
  15. Program valid for In-Store purchases only.
  16. By registering for the Program, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions above.
