TERMS & CONDITIONS

This promotional program titled "Philips Golden Onam" ("Program" or "Offer") is organised and promoted by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited ("Versuni") and administered through its authorised partners and service providers, including Pine Labs Private Limited ("Pine Labs").

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") carefully before participating in the Offer. By participating in the Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these T&Cs:

  1. "Offer Period" means the period commencing on 1 August 2026 and ending on 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive, unless otherwise extended, modified or discontinued by Versuni.
  2. "Eligible Product" means an eligible Philips product purchased during the Offer Period from a Designated Store and falling within the eligible product categories and models specified under these T&Cs.
  3. "Designated Store" means a participating retail store/outlet in Kerala identified by Versuni for the purposes of the Offer.
  4. "Participant" means an individual who participates in the Offer in accordance with these T&Cs.
  5. "Gold Voucher" means a Joyalukkas Gold Voucher worth INR 20,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty Thousand only).
  6. "Program Microsite" means the Offer microsite accessible at goldenonam.woohoo.in, or such other website as may be notified by Versuni for the purposes of the Offer.
  7. "Reward" means any reward offered under the Offer, including the Gold Voucher, cashback or a Philips home appliance product.
  8. "Invoice" means the valid purchase invoice/bill submitted by a Participant for verification in connection with the Offer.

2. OFFER PERIOD AND APPLICABILITY

2.1 The Offer is valid from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive, unless otherwise extended, modified or discontinued by Versuni.

2.2 The Offer is applicable only in Kerala, India, for eligible purchases made from Designated Stores.

2.3 The Offer is valid for in-store purchases only.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 To participate in the Offer, an individual must:

  1. be 18 years of age or above;
  2. purchase an Eligible Product during the Offer Period from a Designated Store;
  3. receive a valid scratch card containing a unique code;
  4. complete the participation process on the Program Microsite; and
  5. submit a valid Invoice and all information required for verification.

3.2 Employees of Versuni, Pine Labs, their respective group companies, affiliates, agencies, service providers, consultants, distributors, dealers and retailers, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3.3 Each mobile number may participate only once during the Offer Period. A Participant may win only once under the Offer.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate, a Participant must:

  1. purchase an Eligible Product from a Designated Store during the Offer Period;
  2. scan the QR code printed on the scratch card;
  3. access the Program Microsite;
  4. enter the required details, including name, mobile number and OTP, store details, unique code, product category and Invoice details;
  5. upload a copy of the Invoice; and
  6. accept these T&Cs and complete the participation process.

The same Invoice cannot be used more than once against the same store/dealer code. Once a participation journey has been completed, the same Invoice cannot be used again. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted are accurate, complete and genuine.

5. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

The Offer is applicable to eligible Philips products purchased from the following categories:

  • Airfryer;
  • OneChef;
  • Mixer Grinder; and
  • Garment Steamer.

The eligible product models are as specified on the Program Microsite and may be modified or updated by Versuni from time to time.

6. OFFER AND REWARDS

6.1 Subject to successful verification and compliance with these T&Cs, Participants may be eligible to receive one of the following Rewards:

  1. a Gold Voucher;
  2. cashback through UPI or NEFT; or
  3. a Philips home appliance product.

6.2 The Reward outcome displayed to a Participant through the Offer mechanism, including the Onam-themed digital wheel, shall be subject to successful validation of the Invoice and fulfilment of all applicable eligibility requirements.

6.3 The Reward shall be allocated in accordance with the Offer mechanism and applicable winner-selection process.

6.4 Participants cannot demand a particular Reward, product model or cash equivalent in lieu of a non-cash Reward.

6.5 The Gold Voucher shall be subject to the applicable terms, conditions, validity and redemption conditions of Joyalukkas and/or the relevant voucher issuer.

6.6 Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the Reward itself is expressly provided as cashback.

7. INVOICE VALIDATION

7.1 All entries are subject to verification.

7.2 To be eligible:

  1. the purchase date must be between 1 August 2026 and 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive;
  2. the Invoice must be a valid GST invoice;
  3. the Eligible Product/model must be identifiable on the Invoice;
  4. the product must be an Eligible Product under the Offer; and
  5. the purchase must be from a Designated Store.

7.3 An entry may be rejected if the Invoice is invalid, duplicated, illegible, incomplete, manipulated, fraudulent or does not satisfy the eligibility criteria.

7.4 No re-upload or resubmission of an Invoice shall be permitted after an entry has been rejected.

8. GOLD VOUCHER WINNERS

8.1 Gold Voucher winners shall be selected in accordance with the Offer mechanism.

8.2 Gold Voucher winners shall be required to provide valid PAN details for verification.

8.3 If the PAN details provided are invalid or cannot be validated, the winner shall be given 7 days from the date of communication to provide valid PAN details.

8.4 If valid PAN details are not provided within the prescribed period, the Participant may be disqualified from receiving the Gold Voucher and an alternate winner may be selected.

8.5 Following successful PAN validation, the Gold Voucher shall be provided to the eligible winner within approximately 48 working hours after successful PAN validation, subject to applicable operational requirements.

9. CASHBACK AND PHYSICAL REWARDS

9.1 Where cashback is applicable, Participants may select either UPI or NEFT as the preferred payment mode.

9.2 Participants are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment details. Versuni and its authorised partners shall not be responsible for payment failure or delay caused by incorrect details or by any bank, UPI or payment service provider.

9.3 Participants selected for Philips physical product Rewards shall be notified through SMS or other official communication. The product model and fulfilment shall be subject to the Offer mechanism and product availability.

10. INVALID ENTRIES AND DISQUALIFICATION

Versuni reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry or Participant where:

  1. false, incomplete or inaccurate information has been provided;
  2. an invalid, duplicated, manipulated or fraudulent Invoice has been submitted;
  3. multiple participation has been attempted;
  4. fraudulent, unfair or improper means have been used;
  5. the Offer mechanism has been tampered with; or
  6. these T&Cs have been violated.

11. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information and documents submitted by Participants may be collected, processed, stored and shared with Versuni, Pine Labs and their authorised partners and service providers for administering the Offer, verifying eligibility, validating Invoices, processing Rewards, communicating with Participants, preventing fraud and complying with applicable law.

Such information shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the applicable privacy policy/notices.

12. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

Versuni reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, extend, withdraw or cancel the Offer or any part thereof, including the Offer Period, Reward structure, eligibility criteria or these T&Cs.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Versuni, Pine Labs and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents and authorised service providers shall not be liable for any delay, failure or interruption caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including technical, internet, telecommunications, banking, UPI, payment or third-party service provider failures.

Versuni shall not be responsible for the terms, validity, redemption or performance of any third-party voucher or payment service.

14. TAXES

Participants shall be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, deductions or other statutory charges arising in connection with the receipt or redemption of any Reward, as applicable under law.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

By participating in the Offer, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs.
