3. The HEPA filter The reassuring feeling of 99.97% purification

The Philips NanoProtect HEPA Series 3 filter is made of high-quality material and filters bacteria, fine dust (PM 2.5), allergens, viruses from the air. The filter can capture up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. The filter with a firm and stable structure ensures that all the air flows through the filter and provides high filtration efficiency. The antibacterial coating eliminates germs and mold.

The combined HEPA and carbon filter

The new Urban Living air purifiers combine the HEPA and carbon filter in one filter. How do I know when to replace my filter?

The lifespan of a filter depends on the type, the duration of use and the air quality in the home. On average, filters should be replaced every 12 months. In addition, the air purifier will notify you on the device and in the app when the HEPA or carbon filter needs to be replaced.
