FAQs

We should use only standard cookware for Induction cooktop and take care following points.

Material Type

We should use cookware made of ferrous metal such as made of steel, iron or aluminum with stainless steel cladding base.

Don’t use non compatible material cookware like aluminum (commonly available) or mixed material type because substandard cookware results less heating, fluctuation and tripping that leads to very frequent failure in appliance.

Cookware Bottom Design & Size

We should use cookware with a flat bottom and base diameter should be larger than 12cm and lesser than 20cm.

Cookware shouldn’t be placed outside of the ring zone as shown in image.

Strictly No to Oversize Cookware

If you use any oversize cookware, then product must be working but oversize cookware transfers the heats to product edges and over the time it deformed the product cabinet and switches. So strictly use cookware where base remains within ring zone only.

Error E7 shows, the fan has malfunctioning.

Please read below to find the possible cause and solution of error E7.

The fan is located at reverse side of base, First switch off the appliance and turn up the product to check the fan ventilation area.

You may notice some fluff is stuck between fan wings, please remove the fluff with help of cotton bud or use any softer object.

Once fan wings are free from fluff then it works normally, Switch on the Main supply and use the product.

If the problem is not solved with the above solutions, please contact us.

The appliance works on standard voltage supply 220V

If your appliance beeps continuously and then stop working, please read below to find the possible causes and solutions.

You may have put unsuitable cookware on the cooking plate, or you may have removed the cookware from the cooking plate during cooking. Ensure the Vessel is made of Steel or Iron or SS cladding base and has a base diameter larger than 12 cm.

You may not have placed the vessel in the center. Place the vessel within the red circle marked on the induction cooker.

If the problem is not solved with the above solutions, please contact us.

If your cookware does not heat up to the required temperature, please read below to find the possible causes and solutions.

You may have put cookware where bottom is not completely flat, and it is in curved shape. In this case only contact point (less area) works for heat creation therefore effective heating remains low.

Use only flat base bottomed cookware for effective results.

If the problem is not solved with the above solutions, please contact us.

If your appliance stops heating abruptly then please read below to find the possible causes and solutions.

The vessel temperature is very high. Let the vessel cool down for a while.

The desired temperature may have been reached and the thermostat will switch off. If required, reset the temperature and start cooking.

If the problem is not solved with the above solutions, please contact us.

If you wish to switch to a different cooking mode while cooking, stop the appliance and restart with the other cooking mode.

We recommend, Switch to the manual cooking mode for better control of temperature or you may also increase/decrease the temperature within some cooking presets.

The cooking presets like gravy has variable temperature settings switch to manual settings for better control over the cooking temperature if required.

You must press the start button within 1minute after you press the power on/off button. If you do not press the start button within 1 minute, the induction cooker switches off and the fan continues to work for 1 minute to cool down the appliance

If your appliance shows any one error codes E1, E2, E3, E4, E8 & E9, please read below to find the possible solution.

Switch off the appliances from main supply and switch on the appliance again to check is there any intermittent malfunctioning due to external causes.

If the problem is not solved with the above solutions, please contact us.
